"perfect" happen, we have put together these dream
packages for two people for one night*; they include one
or all of the following:

The "Perfect Wedding" Special #1
Your Suite
Either the
Mountain Meadows or the
Shepherd's Fiddle for one night.
Each of these beautifully furnished rooms comes
with a large luxurious, king-sized bed, a
spacious two person Jacuzzi, fireplace, private
bath, kitchenette, dining table, coffee pot,
microwave, & refrigerator, 26" TV, DVD player,
free WI-FY, and a spectacular view of the Roark
Valley Woodlands and the Ozark Mountains.

The "Romantic Package"
Placed with loving care in your room, before
arrival, you'll be delighted to find a
two-person wine decanter, filled with either
complimentary red or white wine, or juice (your
choice), glasses and plates, a single red rose
in a bud vase, chocolate covered cherries or
strawberries. The lights will be dimmed and the
bed turned down and sprinkled with rose
petals....
PLUS...We will serve you breakfast in your room
the next morning following your wedding.
Dinner-for-Two
After your perfect wedding, please be seated in
our elegant, yet very comfortable dining room
for some of the best food you will ever eat! We
offer you a choice of entrees including either
an 7 oz. Filet Mignon, 14 oz. Rib eye, Blackened
Salmon and others. Included with your
Intimate
Dinner for Two is Garlic Bread, House
Salads, Entree, Sides, Vegetables, Your Cake,

Your Wedding
Provided for you are the Officiate for your
ceremony, two witnesses, and your choice of any
of our seven stunning locations. (The Vineyard,
The Garden, The Hitchin' Post Barn, The Gazebo,
The Back Yard, Back Deck or the Common's Stone Fireplace). Click to see

The Photos
Your Wedding memories are captured digitally,
with respect and elegance, by our experienced
photographer. All photos are copied onto two
discs for you to view on your own personal
computer. Both copies are yours to keep, edit,
enhance, or develop as you wish.
The Flowers
We provide a lovely silk 3-Rose Bridal Bouquet (red, yellow, white or pink)
and a handsome matching Rose Boutonnière.
Another photo "must" for your Wedding Album.
The Cake
A single layer, 8" wedding cake with white,
butter cream frosting ... This is one of the
best cakes you will ever taste and completes
this delicious wedding photo moment as you slice
your cake together as Husband and Wife.
The Stemware
These personalized, sparkling Champagne Flutes
are made just for you by a local Branson artist,
engraved with the Hummingbird Inn name and logo
on one side and your first names and the date of
your wedding on the other. A must-have keepsake
for your first toast together and the perfect
photo memory!

Guests in addition to the Bride and Groom:
The above packages are very romantic and great for two people but to really make it a memory for the whole family, we offer an extra service... We can hold weddings of up to 40 people so you can envite your freinds and family to share your special day!
For just an additional $7.50 per guest (kids 12 and under are free), we put out our beautiful white "wedding chairs" at the location of your choice for your wedding. Just the site of the chairs all lined up and ready for your loved ones is warm and welcoming.
We also provide chilled water and iced tea for you and your guests to enjoy while you are taking your photos. Getting married is thirsty business, but so is watching someone get hitched!
If you would like to have about an hour reception where we serve your guests their own slice of your wedding cake and any other food or beverages you may order (and we take care of the cleaning up), or would like to have a dance for everyone to enjoy, the price is $15 per guest instead of the $7.50 (kids 12 and under are still free) pluss the price of any extras you might like to add.
No hidden fees, no extra costs.. just $7.50 or $15 per guest plus any food, beverages or other extras you would like in addition to the water and iced tea we provide.
Deposit
- Whatever options you decide on, we require a deposit 10% of which is non-refundable.
- If your wedding plans include at least one nights stay
with us, your required deposit is only 50% of your total
cost.
- If you are not staying with us, we require 100% of your
total cost as your deposit.
- If you cancel more than 28 days from your reservation,
you will receive a 90% refund of your deposit.
- If you cancel within 28 days of your reservation, any
refund is at our discretion.
- We accept Discover, MasterCard, Visa,
American Express, Cash, Debit, Check
& Money Order.
