What can we do to make it Perfect?
It's the details that make the experience. Hummingbird Inn makes available several conveniences and special extras to help make your wedding feel like a "fairy tale".

The Cake
Beautiful and delicious. Having a cake offers some special moments to be captured on photo. We offer two different styles of wedding cake. Both are beautiful, but one is a one of a kind cake while the other is relatively simple. Both are delicious and use butter-cream icing.

We have cake toppers on hand like the one pictured below. We place these on the cake for free, but they are not yours to take home. If you would prefer no topper or one of your own, please let us know.

Below are the prices for each type of cake. Please let us know two weeks in advance of your wedding if you would like a cake and which one you would like.

The Simple Cake...
Simple yet elegant. This round cake has plain white icing, some very simple scroll work to decorate it and a few icing roses (white or cream colored). For white roses, a base icing color of cream looks great.

A two tier cake looks the best. Try to pick sizes that are right above or below each other. If you have too big of a base with a tiny top, it looks funny.
 

A Work of Art...
Similar to the simple cake but one of a kind. If you would like icing roses of any color other than white or cream, this is the cake for you. If given a sample, we can closely match almost any color for the icing roses. Otherwise, we can't guarantee a certain shade of your preferred color.

A two tier cake looks the best. Try to pick sizes that are right above or below each other. If you have to big of a base with a tiny top, it looks funny.

A custom engraved set of two champagne flutes.
One side has the Hummingbird Inn name and a hummingbird.
The other side is engraved with your wedding date and first names.

The Flowers...
Whether you choose an elegant, single stem floral bouquet, a boutonnière or a beautiful full bloom bouquet, we can help! Our experienced floral designers are always on hand to help you achieve the colors, look and style you want. Color and type of flowers available affect cost.

Prices start as low as $7.00. The details of your wedding are important to us! (See below chart for average prices.)
 

Photography
We provide you with 2 excellent quality CD's of your wedding photos that you may have developed or you can edit & print them from your own computer!
 

Dinner:
A wonderful way to celebrate your union is to share a very special, private dinner with your wedding guests.
If you choose to use your wedding cake as "dessert" for your reception dinner, we can offer you a special price on dinner for up to 16 people. The entree's chosen make a difference in the price.
