| We Thought You Would Like to Know…. We at the Hummingbird Inn would like to take a moment to thank you for considering our Bed & Breakfast for your special occasion. To help make your stay more enjoyable and with as few hassles as possible, we have put together some important information for you. |

| Breakfast Our full country breakfast will be served at 8:30 am every morning in the main dining room. If you would like your breakfast served in your room for an extra fee of $10 at 9:00, or have special dietary needs, please notify us at the front desk when you arrive and we will do our best to accommodate you. Smoking The Hummingbird Inn is a non smoking facility, We ask that you DO NOT smoke in the rooms. Outside, however, you will find convenient designated areas for smoking purposes. Also, please be aware of the possibility of fire while smoking outside and only put your cigarettes or burnt matches in the proper receptacles. If “excessive” smoke should be found in a room, requiring extra cleaning or special care, the Hummingbird Inn reserves the right to attach a non- negotiable “extra care” charge to the nights rate for that room. | Ice For your convenience, we have provided ice for drinks in the freezer compartment of your refrigerator. Should you need more ice, please feel free to ask any of our staff and we will provide it promptly. Towels We encourage all of our guests to be water conscious and, if they like, to use a towel more than once to conserve water. If you would like new dry towels daily, please leave the used towels in the Jacuzzi tub and we will replace them. Should you require more towels, please feel free to ask any of our staff. Pets We apologize, but we do not allow any pets in our facility There is a certain fat, tabby cat named Tiger. You may see him wandering about outside from time to time. He is Very friendly and has never met a “stranger” in his life. Please feel free to pet him, but remember… he is a cat and he is NOT de-clawed. (He prefers it if you would not “toy” with his tail.) As we do often have guests with severe allergies we ask that: Even though he may beg and plead and yowl, PLEASE do not allow him in your rooms ! Thank You !
